Have you looked on etsy.com? There are lots of jewellery makers on there and I'm sure I've seen some of the punkier ones using prosthetics. I don't use the site enough to actually know any names off-hand but I reckon a search for something like "steel bangle" or maybe "eye bangle" might yeld some helpful results :)
