(no subject)
I just got back from Simon's concert/open house. The concert wasn't bad, however the crowd was very unappriciative and wouldn't stop talking and babies were crying...the whole nine yards. But all in all it was very nice. I got to see Simon's classroom and meet his teachers (one of which was my fifth grade teacher). I heard so many good things about Simon, one of the teachers walked up to me and asked if I was responsible for the "resident intellectual". It seems that Simon has made a habit of asking profound questions and attempting to stump his teachers (Appearently Simon had an argument with the sheriff when he was doing the D.A.R.E presentation). Anyways, right now i'm just really proud of my "resident intellectual" and felt like writing about it.
