Can anyone recommend a free way to copy movie dvds on a mac? (Specifically, leopard?) Freeware, or crackedware, either is fine with me. (Yarrr.)

Thanks in advance.

There are a good number of programs that can do this, like Roxio's Popcorn, etc.. Mac the Ripper is a free one, though I forget if it includes any of the re-authoring tools. I know I have some lying around somewhere, though, and can probably hook you up.

Mac the Ripper is all of heard of, being a non-mac user. I guess you got that new computer? My mom is getting a mac this week to replace our hallway computer, she has decided on the black laptop (I have no idea what that means).

And I meant to say, if you have something that needs urgent burning or if you have trouble getting a program you can use mine til' you get something figured out.

Does this mean you replaced your old computer with a Mac?! If so, we have to call in the troops (aka Emmy) and load you down with new stickers!!

I know, right? But Jack is still around...I'll just volunteer him as a "family computer" for the year or two I'm in Japan. Then he shall return to the fold! :D
