Random thoughts on T-ara
Lj has been shit recently. I wanna post my reviews and stuff cos I don't wanan put lengthy posts on tumblr but ugh lj is so ksdfjlsdhfhsf I might just use tumblr for everything.
Okay anyway, just watched the latest inkigayo perf of T-ara's Cry Cry. I really really like the dance. And finally after nonsense like roly poly, yayaya and bo peep, a decent song. However, few things I wanna note. T-ara's newly added member. Okay it's been a couple of months but yeah whatever. Hwayoung is the new maknae and a rapper of the group now. Verdict: Does t-ara really need another rapper? No. They have eunjung and hyomin as it is already. Is she a good rapper? Yes, she got the voice, beat, and charisma. I guess they could make her do the rap in place of hyomin since I don't think they intended hyomin to rap in the first place. Or eunjung. But eunjung raps really well. She's like my fave in T-ara so I'm a lil biased.
Another thing, WHY ON EARTH IS BORAM SO UNDER USED IN T-ARA?! They are not being fair to her. That girl can sing! I know so can the others in T-ara like eunjung, soyeon, jiyeon, and hyomin (since T-ara was ment to be a ballad girl group in the first place). BUT STILL. She gets like one short pathetic line for this song? I needa talk with the producers. I think she deserves better. She has the bass/baritone that the group needs. USE HER.
The thing with adding members to the group = lesser lines for everyone. In this case, NONE at all for Qri. I really think that since they placed Qri in T-ara they should actually make her sing a line or two in the song. She's not the best singer but she is part of T-ara. I went to check up just to be sure. She did have a line or two in the previous songs. Mostly the trashy ones like bo peep and roly poly. Sorry these songs are really crap. To think bo peep got them their first mutizen and triple crown completely baffles me. The korean audience baffles me. Anyway, back to Qri. She is no doubt the most gorgeous member in the group but I think she deserves better then being a pretty "backup dancer" for T-ara. They should have just debuted her as an actor if they aren't gonna give her lines to sing. I actually think Qri is one of the most gorgeous girls among the idol girl groups. Her eyes are stunning.
