i was so reluctant to go for circuit training. as usual.
but this time i forced myself to. I HAD A BLOODY HEAVY SUPPER. i MUST lose all the kebab fats.
sighhh the exercises were so familiar. mostly what i did in jumps training HAHA. omg i miss Mr Seem.
& I forget how easily I get gastric if I hardly eat before training. and this time, i dont have my bb to save me. :(
note to self: eat lunch next week.
YES I SHALL GO FOR IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK.
oh we did this psychological exercise that is so cool. like you can make yourself immovable. or more immovable than before. apparently if you keep practicing this "centering" you will attain nirvana or sth!
i need a wheelchair for tmr.
