Update
So far I still have no idea of the condition of the chihuahua. The neighbors have put boards up on their side of the fence. After speaking to animal control for Federal Way they told me regardless of breed their dog was trespassing and my dogs have a right to defend their property. I am relieved to hear that from someone who knows the law in this city. I still would like to know for my piece of mind if thier dog is alive or dead. Guess we will see. I am not as worried as I have been all weekend and Luda will be sleeping on the floor again, until he crawls on daddy's side and gives him the pathetic look he does so well and daddy caves in. LOL
