saturday i hurt my thumb real bad.  let's not talk about how i gave my cat a bath and he punctured my thumb with his little kitty fang.  he smelled like a bonfire and needed to be clean.  i'm the dumb ass that hopped in the shower with pants and a really thick sweatshirt on.  i protected everything but my thumb.  he hates water and let me know, however, i hate things that smell like a bonfire when you're no where near a bonfire.

now, the kitty smells clean and looks nice and shiny.  but i can't knit, or do much of anything with my left thumb.  fuckin' cat.
