still snowed in
wow - what a very un-eventful day it has been! the entire southern half of IN is still under a "storm emergency" and many people cant even get out of their homes if they tried. well, scratch that. some of the stores started to open up in the late afternoon but it was pretty much hell since all the employees couldnt get into town to work! i guess those last-minute shoppers learned their lessons this year... haha...
this morning i bundled up and went outside for a while. i swear to god, the snow was up to my thigh everywhere i walked! :O i took a few pics to send to my aunt and uncle in FL, but got my booty back inside cuz it was just way too cold. lol so i have pretty much layed in my basement all day and watched TV, slept, and helped wrap presents. its been UBERRRRR boring.
i really dont wanna go to work tomorrow. i dont know if i will even be able to. the snow in my alley is just unbelievable - my step-dads new bravada got hung up in it this morning. the outlet mall where i work was still closed at like 4:00 today when i called, so it may not even be open tomorrow.
oh yeah... i finally got a date for winter formal! one of my good friends (dwayne) called and asked me today! YAYYY!!! i've had my dress for a week or so, and now i have my date, so im ready to go! :D
