August 2nd, the day I was supposed to get married.

Finishing my PhD

Not dealing with my sexual orientation appropriately and hurting my best friend.

yeah, my back was SO painful

My new 50mm f1.7 lens for my camera

My Dad's, he was very supportive when I split up with Seb.

Well, moving beyond the homeless lesbian incident...
I am a little depressed by my behaviour at times over the last year.

Well, I split up with the person that was financially supporting me when I was on no income in the final year of my PhD...

Nope, there is only one person that I have ever really hated, and now I think perhaps I pity him more than I hate him.

I have no idea. My cats, my sense that however hard this year was I have been through harder. I have coped, and that surviving is enough sometimes. If you can survive the worst you can get back to living later. I am back to it now. Just about.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
I don't really do fancying celebrity's
35. What political issue stirred you the most?
Right now its the withdrawal of the HPV vaccine from 12 yr old girls in Ireland. It means that around 85 of those children will die from cervical cancer at a result of the HPV virus. I will be going to a rally about it tomorrow evening.

Seb
37. Who was the best new person you met?
There are a couple, I guess I have to mention Christina, my new housemate. She is great, and I love living with her. Ange, in a few short weeks she turned me upside down, I love her and I am glad she is my friend. Tracey and Ade are also pretty awesome people that I am happy I know! Oooh and Mark, he is pretty funky too.
