Well as some of you know I passed my viva with minor corrections (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and I am going to be especially happy when its all over which should hopefully be by xmas. So, now onto what I need help with. Well I need a name for something and you are all smart people so I figure you might come up with something.
I have agency workers in my study that leave either their agency OR their workplace employer when they are unhappy about something. They stay on with the other party (so if they don't like the workplace they stay with the agency and get a new placement or if they don't like the agency they stay with the employer and get a new agency). I have called this partial exit, as they only leave one part of the triangular employment relationship, but I need a new name for it. Any ideas?
