I hate being sick.
The husband brought home some kind of sinus & throat virus last week. It took a bit longer for it to show up in me, but holy hell, I can't get rid of this thing. My throat feels like it's been chewed up with rusty nails, and my nose is completely blocked up. Even worse, something has caused me to break out in a rash of pimples. I look like I've got measles or something, it's disgusting. If I don't put lotion on, my face chaps up so badly that it's painful. If I *do* put lotion on, I get even more pimples.
Good thing I don't have any need to leave the house this week. Just wish I didn't have to deliver my work two days late-- although with the fatigue that's going along with this, they're kind of lucky to get it at all.
I REALLY hate being sick like this! It doesn't help that I'm supposed to be getting the tooth implant surgery at the end of the month/beginning of next month, which will knock me out for another 1-2 weeks (hopefully not more).
