[As nice as Taiwan can be, there are some times when she continues to be an absolutely incorrigible, spoiled, self-centered brat.  Her birthday happens to be one of those days.  It also happens to be today.  Mayfield is a mess, her family is in shambles with Netherlands gone for good, and the house is a wreck following Saki's run-in with the hazmats.  She was hoping everything would be back to normal today, but it seems that was too much to hope for, so she's in a really bad mood.  Anyone who's actually sucidal enough to be outside with hazmats running rampant through the town will see her sitting forlorn on her front porch, holding a cupcake with a single candle sticking out of the top and looking just sad as anything.]

"...Happy birthday to me."

[And she blows out the candle.  She'll be sitting there sadly staring at the cupcake for a while.]
