(no subject)
I'm getting sick! DAMN IT! Not on Halloween! -insert swine flu jokes here- Actually, I blame moving dust.
I'm all moved it, Fios is hooked up and the attic is in full swing! I actually really like the way it came together! Only element missing in action is my Lecter who will make a nice addition next week! I hope to be here 6-8 months before being a home owner but I'm not stressing myself out working all this overtime anymore. NIH is cutting it and I would only be able to take half of what I work. SO not worth the stress. I'm paying uber cheap rent now so I'll take it at my own pace and when I'm ready I'm ready. I want more time for my friends, art, friends, and I should probably start figuring out this whole Italy thing. December is sooooooon!
Moving was fun (yes fun) with Susan, Angie, and Rob even the most stressful of situations are made of giggles and hugs! I love you guys! Managed to squeeze in lunch wih Kat too!
This weekend? I should be in Rome ::sigh:: but I will be Susan's date to a gathering this evening and spending the rest of the weekend with Celeste and Ivey in St. Mary's County. Hanging out with Chris, Wowie, Petey, and Mary next week.....what's with all the socialness? I'm thinking some Depot time may also be in order.
Person of interest is missing in action. Tis OK. 3 dates is a record for me anyhow. Nothing -happened-. We're both really busy people and schedules just sort of took us in different directions. At this point I think it's safe to say that it would be too weird for one of us to call the other. Ah well...he's nice and if our paths cross again that's cool but I have lots of things to focus on and from the looks of this so does he...it's for the best really.
Anywhoo..more to type...annoying people here to bother me so I must attend to their uselessness.
