Latest house drama? I think I'm going to go short sale. I fell in love with these 1 bedroom with loft condos but they are all short sale. Since I STILL haven't found anything and after next month will not be bound to a lease I couldn't help wonder...why not? It's not like I stand a chance at the tax credit by now (unless they extend it) and waiting forever for a short sale to go through gives me plenty of time to save. So I asked my realtor....she thought it was a fabulous idea. I then asked my lender and MAN what a great idea I just had!
Short sale it is...unless of course something unrealistically amazing comes up! To think....no roomies! Africa may or may not need to be canceled in favor of this but I'm not gonna cry "Oh boo hoo I can't go to Africa exactly when I wanted because I'm already buying a condo and going to Italy, Dublin, and Paris this year" I can go somewhere a little less pricey next year if it comes down to that. Hrmmm...
