I have therapy today.  Haven't gone since after Japan/before Chicago.  It's been an eventful month.  He should find this interesting, but I'm a little nervous about hearing what he has to say.  My spidey senses are still tingling and I'm debating bringing that up.  It would be really nice to hear something along the lines of "Everything’s fine, your feeling this way because you were trained not to know any better.  It will fix itself in time."

I'm currently waiting for the training department to show up so I can do my rodent proficiencies.  We do them about once a year.  It's just a precaution to make sure all the techs gots their skillz.  We did primates yesterday which were awesome!  We currently have babies (just born) and they are only slightly bigger then hamsters.  We got to hold them ::squish:: Been really into my job these days especially when it comes to animal enrichment.  The vet was nice enough to bring me a phone book to give to my favorite baboon.  Monkeys pretty much think paper is the greatest thing on the planet and we -finally- got approved to hand out phone books to certain groups.  Be cause I've been cross training in other buildings I haven't had the chance to see it in action.  Man it’s adorable!  I sat for about a half hour yesterday watching him flip through the pages eventually ripping them and building a nest.  I think I really should move over into animal behavior!

Been painting a bit lately but I am looking to do some photography in the near future and play around in Photoshop a bit.  I have a few ideas in mind that these skills would come in handy for.  I miss my creative side.  I have a project using backs I would like to get started on which Susan has agreed to pose for.  ::glee:: and I'm trying to think of something cool to do with Jarlath while I'm in Dublin.  I'm going to be crashing with him and his place has a lot of character to it.  My style tends to gravitate toward nudity but I don't think I want to see Jarlath in that light.  Damn me and my dirty mind....

...It's been almost a year now since Heather's accident. :(  With the holidays coming up she's been on the mind more then usual and I've been fighting to not fall into depression.  My grandmother is putting together a "memory memorial stocking" for her to give to my aunt and uncle.  Each member of the family wrote something about her including myself.  These memories will be placed in her stocking and given to them when they go home on Christmas.  God I hope they like it.  It's a nice thought but I can see it causing them more pain then they need right now.  I wrote mine (twice) over the weekend. After loosing my first draft it was really difficult mentally and emotionally to get through it the second time.  ::sigh::  My mother is paying her own tribute to her on Friday which I will be documenting.  Around the holidays Heather would spend her evenings sitting on Main Street in Disney watching the children run around the park.  It was one of her favorite things.  My mom is taking my god son to the Disney store this weekend on a very generous shopping spree "from Heather".  She is going to tell him that an angel chooses a child to do this for every year and this year she chose him.  It should make him happy!!!  Pictures will be coming!

Anywhoo back to work to show that I'm all smart n stuff to the people who matter.  E & P are you both coming tonight?  Dinner will be simple.  A BUTT ton of taco dip AKA heart attack in a bowl!  You don't want to miss it!

***SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE POST -O- TYPO MADDNESS*** Such things happen when you write in a hurry!
