Hello!
Well! I can't say that I really remember the last time I updated... but I am just gonna start at Spring Break! I went home from friday to tuesday, and on tuesday my other half arrived via American Airlines at 5:30 in the afternoon. After a quick dinner with my rents, we came back to Athens. All day Wednesday we were trying to make arrangments to go to the big World of Disney...seeing as we were both going through magic withdrawls. But it didn't work out.. we stayed in Athens all week. I am not gonna a lie, the location was a little disappointing, but the company was great! After all the few weeks before, we definately needed some time to just be with each other. We spent mos tof Thursday at the Mall of Ga. However, it was the trip to the video store that reassured me I had found the one! We walked out of the video store with 3 kids/cartoon movies, just becasue we are nerds and we embrace it! OK so he took me to real movies, but I can't tell you how awesome it is to find someone who appreciates the new Disney project as much as I do! Friday we went to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra...that's right, he took me to the symphony and didn't complain! Saturday we went to Stone Mountain just to see the Laser Show! It was as cheesy as ever..but we had a good time. Sunday was just a good all kick it around the apartment and hang out together day! It was great! After dinner we spent way too long looking for this specific dessert he wanted, but I finally found the Brandy version of Cinderella on DVD that wasn't in a box set. Did I snatch it right off that shelf? Of course I did. Did we watch it as soon as we got home? Yes we did! It was great.... a boyfriend and a musical...man that's the life...LOL I told you I embrace my nerdiness.
Monday sucked! After dropping him off at the airport, I really hated this whole separation thing, however, I have come to this really great peace with it...(I think). I still hate it, but I think with every visit I am realizing that I love him more and more, so it makes it worth it just a little more every time.
Tuesday...back to the real world! I hate my first University Union Promotions meeting and realized that I have taken on quite a challenge. It is like a mini-job that I am not getting paid for..so yeah. I think it will look good on my Grady Application. For all of you who don't know, I am the new PR rep for University Union, the student activites organization for the majority of the student body. However...moving on!
I made it through the rest of the week and my Geography test just fine. I decided that I hate the person who created the French language and that I am really glad they are already dead, that I way I stay jail free! I really hate it and I can not wait to get out of this stupid class! ...Enough complaining.
I spent Friday night catching up and getting ahead of some homework and Xi Delta Social Planning... Sister Retreat and Parents Day are challenging my planning skills. Then I went home for Easter... which was an adventure in itself.
So after a great start of the week with Kenny, a battle with Housing, a few thousand calls, and some homework, I started this week more relaxed than most weeks. I have to spend this week preparing for next week so yeah.. next week will be one of those weeks! OH...and today is our 9 month!!!!!!!!!! Yay! That is what I say to that! Anywho, I suppose I should do some more of the thousands of things swirling around! Toodles!
