"Wakey Wakey."

Dale O'Brian, Creator of the cult hit, The Zone is startled awake by a female voice. He doesn't remember how he ended up here in this open plan loft, tried securely to a chair.

"Oh good you're awake. I was wondering how long it would take you." The woman, a young looking girl, pouts as she nears the chair.

"Where am I?" Dale asks the girl. "How did I get here? Can you let me go?" He hopes that she will let him go. That this is just a terrible mistake.

He couldn't be more wrong as the girl just shakes her head 'no' and in a high pitched voice announces, "Oh no, Mister O'Brian, you are not going anywhere. I brought you here for a reason. The Zone and the Hunter brothers." She grins with a insane look in her eye.

What? echoes through Dale's mind as he voices the question out loud.

"I have brought you here because of the injustice that you have dealt the brothers, especially Jaden." The girl continues, "Jaden Hunter is such a magnificent man, so kind and caring. But you had to go and turn him against his brother and do those horrible things! How could you, how dare you?!"

She took one step towards Dale, her eyes furious. He wishes that he could get away from her and does his best to try and get out of the ropes that keep him bounded to the chair. He struggled and struggled but to no avail. This madwoman had him trapped. She had control of him.

"I want you to write a script making everything right for Jaden, as it once was." She finishes turning to bring over a table which had stationary and paper on it.

Dale quickly thinks through his options, if he can just get her to release him then he could overpower her and escape. She was crazy but he judges that he is taller then her with more muscle tone and he can easily take her down. He doesn't quite like how obsessed she seemed about the show and its main characters. Dale wants to tell her that she should relax because it was just a fictional tv show with fictional characters. Besides, they were his not hers. but somehow already he knows that he can't breath a word of this because she won't buy it and she could get more violent.

But it was worth a shot, quite possibly the only shot he had for freedom.

"Um, Miss--" He starts to say and catches her attention.

"Caitlyn."

"Caitlyn. Can you release me so that I can write?" Dale says quietly, hopeful that she will do it and he can escape.

Caitlyn just shakes her head 'no' and declares, "I will write for you. I do need to make sure that it is right. I know that you think that songs are brave things bold enough to sing when all they know is darkness which is what you have been doing--keeping the boys in the darkness. That isn't right. No it isn't."

With that she pushes his chair closer to the desk and sits down in a chair next to him and in an insanely polite manner, calmly asks him. "Now where are we going to start to fix the mess you made."

Dale O'Brian knows then that he is trapped until such a time when Caitlyn decides that he has fixed everything she deems wrong about his beloved show and characters.
