Goin' Friends only, y'all...
This is just an announcement and explanation that I am going friends-only tomorrow. It's nothing personal, no big drama. It's for professional reasons, mainly.
I'm starting my first semester of student teaching in 3 weeks, and while I do take a fair amount of precaution in not mentioning too much of my personal details in this blog, at the same time I'd rather just be super-cautious and lock it all up, so none of my future students OR potential employers can find this blog and accuse me of being inappropriate or anything.
That said, I'm not planning on adding anyone who's friended me that I haven't already friended back. It's nothing personal. I'm just not comfortable adding people at this moment in time, as I've been using this journal more and more like a personal journal than a fun blog. So I'd rather stick to the list of people I have friended currently.
So as of tomorrow, I'll be all locked-up like Fort Knox. Apologies to readers who aren't on my friends list - it's nothing personal, I just don't want something from my blog coming back to bite me in the ass when I start teaching.
