Sleep when you're dead! Whether it's emotionally or physically, you're exhausted. Have you considered sleeping pills? I took them when I had mono, and they made everything better.

something else actually occurred to me....I keep thinking about running away from these problems I've been having...I have most of that doc'ed on private...but my life is at its worst and best at the same time. It's bizarre. I keep wanting to move away again, but I need to get my grip together I guess. sticking it out in SF seems like the strongest choice that I can make. It isn't the city that is doing this to me, it's just me and I can't escape myself....
