I got mail today from the college I enrolled, Penn Foster and this what it says, and not even to mention I paid 160.00 so far for the schooling, ugh!!
Dear Ms. Sour, I am sorry to inform you that since you did not earn a passing grade on the Remedial Reading course that you were required to complete and pass, you will not be able to continue in Early Childhood Education associate degree program. We believe this polcy is in the student's best interest. It has been our experience that in order to successfully complete a degree program, students need to have basic reading and math skills. It may be that distance education is just not the best method of instruction for you. Some students need the more structured setting of traditional classroom.
WTF, now how do I get my degree in Early Childhood, I am working at a in home daycare, it's something that is needed, ugh!!
