Have you ever tried melatonin? It works like a charm. I try to avoid just because I can't wake up at 5:30 to work out. I pretty much subsist on a minimum of sleep.
Hehe. It's the hormone your body makes when it's time to sleep. You can buy it at the health food store. It's great. They even make it in chewable form. :-O
