Dear Tree,

My dreams have become really vivid lately. I dreamed about the crystal palace, the one in my memory, but it's always empty. No matter where I go, I can't find anyone, but it's always night with a bright full moon.

Is anyone else having strange dreams too?

A crystal palace? It doesn't sound like a good place to be alone...

I've had dreams where I've found other people after being alone. I'll look for you tonight.

[ it's not connecting yet. ] But you know where I am.

I meant in our dreams tonight! Maybe we can look for the people who are supposed to be in the palace.

[True to her word, when Krile is asleep that night she starts looking... sort of. She knows she's looking for Chibiusa, but it being a dream she doesn't exactly remember why.

So she is just looking for pink hair while wielding a paintbrush and filling in blank bits of her dreamscape to make them Real.]

[ Chibiusa drifts off and finds herself once again in the empty crystal palace in her pink princess outfit. Loneliness takes over and she forgets that she's looking for her sister.

Her pink heels click against the crystal floor, echoing throughout the empty palace. That's when she spots her mother encased in crystal, just like in her memory. The three kitties are there too. She pets the sleeping kitties, hoping that maybe they'll wake up. ]

[Soon enough the paint-by-numbers landscape gives way to the palace. Krile stares at the pointed blue spires, feeling a distinct sense of uneasiness about them. A crystal is important, but something about the look just sets her on edge.

But she's here for a reason, isn't she? She has to find her sister, even though she's suddenly feeling like she's been tossed into the deep end of a pool. Walking inside, Krile begins to search until she hears another pair of shoes echoing and follows it.]

Chibiusa--there you are.

[She approaches hesitantly, staring at the people caught in crystal.]

[ She stares at Krile for a moment, almost as if she doesn't recognize her at first, but then she realizes who it is and leaps into her sister's arms. ]

Krile-neechan! I'm so glad you're here and still awake!

[Krile hugs her tightly, feeling relieved beyond measure. She still has no idea why she had to find Chibiusa so urgently, but if she was in a place like this, alone... well, that's certainly plenty of reason.]

Me too. I've been looking for you!

[She looks over Chibiusa's head at the crystals again.]

Where are we? I think I remember you telling me about someplace like this....

Crystal Tokyo, but everyone's asleep. I can't wake them up!

That's no good. [Krile lets go of Chibiusa to pat at her belt.] I don't have my bell with me, just this paintbrush... and this is my first time in Crystal Tokyo. What are these crystals, do you know?

Hm... [Krile rests her hand on the crystal for a moment.] Well, let's let's look around. A place like this has to have some kind of magic... do you know your way around?

There's magic here, but something happened. I don't know what. [ She knew something happened, something bad. She just hadn't a clue. Is the crystal for keeping them prisoner or to protect them?

she takes her sister's hand. ]

This place is really big. I don't want to lose you.
