Christmas.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas!
Mine was alright. Pretty quiet. I worked Christmas Eve 3:30a to about 4p. After work we went to my grandfathers and had hors d'oeuvres and eventually a late dinner and a even later dessert. After that I took the dog for a walk and gave Jon a quick call to say Merry Christmas and see when he was available. I went to bed shortly after we got back in. In the morning we had some breakfast pastries then exchanged gifts. After that I took the dog for another walk and we waited til about 1p to have a brunch of eggs and bacon. We hung around for a little while and left around 4p, I think. I had to work early again Wednesday, so that was about it for our holiday. It was quiet and relaxing, which was nice.
Other than that things have been pretty quiet. Mostly just been working. Celebrated Jon's birthday with him last week, but had to miss the actual party because I had to work. He and I met up with Ashley for coffee and talked for hours, which was nice cause I don't think I've seen her since this summer. Hopefully I'll see her again before she heads back to Syracuse. I saw Jon again last night, just got some dinner (had my first Big Mac ever--I wasn't really impressed), ran some errands and eventually met up with a few other friends at Applebees. Unfortunately Ashley couldn't come, but Jamie and Matt were available, and I haven't seen them in awhile, so it was nice. I just got stuck being the only girl. ) :
