Jimmy Likes to Read, And So Do I.
I had to go to the dentist today. I have a filling, and apparently it had cracked or something, so I had to go in so that they could take it out and put a new one in. So not cool. The novacane scares the heck out of me. ) : I wiggle all over the place when I see the shot coming toward me, which I know makes it worse than it would be if I'd stay still, but I can't help it. ) : I guess everything went well, but it took forever for the novicane to wear off. I hate the puffy-I-can't-tell-what's-going-on-in-my-mouth-tingly feeling. ) :
After the dentist Mom and I went to Borders. She had to pick up a book she had ordered and I was looking for Jack's Mannequin at morningxafter's suggestion, but I didn't have any luck finding it. Instead I ended up with Judd and Maggie's new album and a few other things (including the second season of the OC - yeah, I'm that cool).
I got to hang out with Jon for a little bit. Probably the last time for quite awhile for us. ) : He's coming to help me move in Saturday, but we won't really get to chat and stuff. / : I'm used to seeing him like every week, but that's not going to happen this year. He's got a proper job and all that nonsense. Lame-o. ( ; We spent our last hangout day fixing computers. / : We had to make my PC was ready for the school network, and he had to put a new power supply in his sisters and make sure that her's was all ready to go back to school. And we had to fix my mom's because it was acting up. Any my sister's because she just got a new one that was rejecting WoW, and her internet connection was funky. And he had another laptop that had has some start up file deleted that he fixed... So it was pretty busy. No really hanging out and chatting except when we went to get slices of pizza. / : Oh well. No Jon for awhile I guess.
Tomorrow I have to get all my stuff ready to go to school Saturday and Sunday. / : I'm more than ready to be back and settled... But blah... All that moving... Grrr. And I'm really going to miss the kitties. / : Anyone in Buffalo want to give me a ride to Rochester every weekend so I can visit the little guys? Or anyone know a really clever way to sneak two cats into a dorm room?
