Fashion Post

I just recently made my first set of fashion purchases from the UK. The only other time I've ordered something from Britain was when I got my sister a fancy handmade photo album for her fifteenth birthday extravaganza. Wow, have I been out of the British fashion loop!

I ordered things from Asos, Evans, and Dorothy Perkins. I don't have anything yet, but I will share pictures of my choices.

Making this post reminded me of the movie Clueless. I wish I had a closet like Cher's, with a program to mix outfits, lol. I love that movie, recently re-watched it and laughed so much and secretly wished I had a plaid skirt like Cher's.

This jacket came today and it is AMAZING. I can't wait to take a proper photograph of me in it! So gorgeous and soo fierce! I had to buy my little sister one just like because I know she would love it! She is petite and thin so we can't share clothes, but we do have similar styles--her's younger and riskier though, lol. Anyway I LOVE this jacket, ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!

This jacket is leather, short, and just perfect. The leather is buttery and soft. I love the way it looks when open with a white tee, form fitting jeans, and my crazy shoes. I feel like this jacket compliments so many of my heels! And omg, it will be perfect to wear with some of my dresses. Also, there is ribbing on the inside of the arm, so it stretches around my arms perfectly--something I worried about in a leather jacket. From asos.com

Sequins have been around for a while but I never felt compelled to get a sequined blazer. It's just too much. This short jacket is a great way to wear the trend--and it feels more Balmain-esque than the looser boyfriend blazer option. From Dorothy Perkins.

It may be hard to see, but this skirt has a panel in front and the rest looks like a bandage skirt. I modified a dress I have to make my own fabulous "Herve" skirt but this will be another staple skirt in my closet! From Dorothy Perkins.

Kinda boring, but I need a suit! I only wear single-button jackets, so this is perfect. Skirt to match. From Dorothy Perkins.

These satin trousers are ankle-grazing and fairly tapered, so I think they will show off my heels wonderfully! I have wanted silk trousers for a long time, but satin will be a great substitute. From Evans.

Sorry this picture is so tiny! This pink/nude blouse is super cute! It's airy and lovely. I was inspired to get this after I saw another woman in it and it was gorgeous.

Finally, this corset top is a wonderful piece. It's sleek and fits like a dream. I don't really wear things like this, but when pair with a classic pair of trousers, the look is fierce. Also, this looks great under jackets.

Anyway, that's all I can show for now. I will add more stuff later. <3
