Friday
Had a shitty day in work, but wasnt as bad as Thursday so all was good. I was hectic by the time 5 came but I was NOT staying there another minute and escaped as fast as possible. Out the door no later than 5:01pm. Just as I was getting into town (to meet Mike who had been the tattooist and had waited over 3 hours to get a tatt redone - awww), I got a call on my mobile. It was a foreign number. Thought it may have been Lana on her home phone so I answered... (altho' I frightened myself a little at how abrupt I sounded, a result of a crappy day)...
Amy: Hello?!
Voice: Amy?
Amy: Yes?!
Voice: Hey, this is Alicia Warrington, how are you?
Amy: Oooooh hellooooooo!!!!! *smiles*
Yeah, Alicia, Kelly Osbourne's drummer, called me. Such a nice surprise and really cheered me up. I was all happy when I met Mike, which is a good thing because I hate it when I lumber him with my post-shitty-working-day moods. So yeah, me and Alicia chatted about Kelly's performance at the MTV awards, meeting Anna-Nicole Smith, Mat (Hydrovibe) and the broken down tourbus and cancelled gigs, her new house, my trip to LA... in fact, she called me BECAUSE of my trip to LA. I had obviously been planning to meet with her and Mat for aaaages now, planned to go bowling as they all confessed the great times they had had bowling (when they were all in Kelly's band in 2003). Anyway she said she had been looking at her schedule and wanted to know when we were in town... I told her from the 1st to the 11th. Woohoo, Alicia is in town for the first few days that we are there! I really thought she would miss this bowling night due to her renewed responsibilities as Kelly's drummer (Kelly's new single is out on the 5th April). Just have to get hold of Mat now... The sad part is that for the first few nights, Andy and Dawn (the couple we are going to LA with) are busy at numerous WWE events for which they are so excited and have paid thru the nose for tickets. I wish it could fit another way but unfortunately it wont :o( Sorry guys, but I know we'll all have great stories to tell one another over our breakfast the following day :o)
Had a few drinks with my baby Mikey and a few of our friends in town before making our way back to Kirkby. Mike and I had a lovely evening after getting home later that night from Ste's. In fact, we had a lovely week, all alone in the house, making our own meals and just being together.
Saturday
Mike was in work 9am-5pm :o( so I wandered home to put on my new kitten Irregular Choice shoes and curl my hair to go into town with my mum for the day. I found out my A & L credit card had been almost cleared from the transfer I had made to my new MINT credit card so I decided it was a good time to stock up on toilettries and a few basic tops for my holiday. I did treat myself to a nice tribal necklace and earrings ;o) Mum also bought me an uber cute pair of espradrills with check yellow and white ribbons to lace up my leg. I swear, Im taking more shoes on this holiday than clothes!!
Another lovely night in with my gorgeous boyfriend, our last night alone.

Liverpool 2 Everton 1... pah, Liverpool didnt deserve to win. Barros was sent off for purposefully kicking Unsworth in the guts and 2 others were warned for their efforts to put our best Everton players out on injury. Liverpool are dirty bastards who are determined to get above Everton in the tables and will do everything possible. Hahaha, oh, we have to lose the next 3 matches for that to happen tho. Listen, red noses, you still have to get above BOLTON WANDERERS before you even touch Everton!! Bolton Wanderers *giggles* above Liverpool *laughs*
