oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah!
I have lost since January 3rd, 1/2 a stone, that's 7lb or 3.18kg!! oh happy day! I really thought I would have trouble shifting this, but its working! I admit I am just a little shocked that it is, but definately happy, and I have my mum to thank for helping get started and giving me pretty much everything I need, and Kim for being so wonderfully supportive. She's great that one.
