Les White is the franchise owner of nearly 30 Subway sandwich shops in Tucson. As he watched the surveillance video, he saw a man enter his store located on Oracle and Roger. White says, "I believe its an easy in and out." It took only thirty-five seconds to rob the sandwich shop.

The suspect is described as a hispanic male, 160 pounds, wearing a white shirt, shorts and eye glasses. The robber orders a large coke, and then demands cash. White believes he's responsible for the robberies at his other Subway stores. "He goes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at its highest," says White. "There's no particular time he comes in."

So far the robberies are happening all over town. The most recent occurred at Craycroft and Speedway this past Monday night, and each time the suspect got away with little cash.

White is worried the man might take a life. "They are high school kids and college students trying to put themselves through college; single moms with children," says White. "It's this type of thing we don't need."
