Velveeta is soo good
ohh what a wonderful day
only two more high school swim practices! I'm so tired of swimming....ugh. the getting up part is starting to kill me. honestly, the typical swim morning sucks. you wake up around 4:20ish. Drag yourself from the warmest, comfyiest, be ever and go into the bathroom to change/brush teeth but are blinded by lights that hurt that early. Then go into your room to put on a bathing suit, which is the required 2 sizes too small, but your balance is off in the morning so you fall a million times trying to squeeze it on. Once you get dressed you go down and if time allows, pack a breakfast to swallow whole while driving to school in 2 hours. You bundle up for the freezing car because it doesn't warm up until the exact second you get to the boys club. Then go out into the cold again thinking, the last think i wanna do right now is strip down out of all my clothes. But you do, and put on a hideous swim cap and too tight googles that will later leave red marks and you dive into the freezing pool. If you make it throught the work out, you get into the packed locker room, not even the width of a hallway at school, shared by about 20 girls. Then you get to shower with all those girls in your chlorine filled bathing suit because getting naked would just be WEIRD, so technically you're never fully clean. Then you go to get changed and you just never dry. you get all sticky and hot and trying to put on tight jeans just doesnt work. but you have to hurry beacuse the normal arrival time to school is 10 minutes late(on a good day) so while doing the hair/makeup you get extremely jealous of all the other girls that get to get ready in their own bathroom every day and look cute every single day no matter what. so then the ride to school is rushed and traffic filled but thats okay bc it allows for more eating time. When you finally get to school you walk through security scanning your ID then run off to class. so yeah its sooo much fun if you can imagine. But I will miss it even still. Saturday will be emotional.
anyways, today after school was sooo nice! it was really warm out and i loved just driving out of school with the windows down listening to the wicked good cd we made this morning. eng was right about our little drives home. they take the stress off the school day we just had and lets us just be crazy and silly if only for 15 minutes. i'll miss it when tennis starts. I think those will be the things I wished i hadn't taken advantage of come june. our little drives home :)
but i must go get ready for bed. its getting late lol
