The last LFT update for Year 1 is from Frances J. Worthington III, one of the three newer members of Oresha-Hoh-Var Fraternity, and a person too fab for makeovers.
He wants to make 100 grands by himself, so he started with financial advising.
But social interactions are also important, so he invited frat members.
Oh, and he hosted a party too.
