Wednight loves.
It has been a hectic week, with loads of things to do, and barely sufficient time. I don't even recall how I actually spent my ONE WEEK of pathetic recess week, cause time just seems to fly! It's been fast and furious, and tiring in a way I suppose. I've been out, though lesser this week.
Wednesday night was good as a group of us headed for Clarke Quay to let our hair down literally. It was a good time at Minds Cafe, with the whole group of us going crazy over group Taboo. And that Pyramid game Jon recommended. We had dinner there as well. Love the delicious apple crumble!
Steffie just had this awesome thing for drawing boobies and swimming to represent Breaststroke. HEH! We had the ugly purple doll to play with too.
The group then headed to Rebel and as the night grew, we got high and it was fun.
I suppose it's indeed great to know these people, making life at NIE a whole load better.
I'm blessed in so many ways I can imagine. Being sociable has its' perks as well. And of course, being blessed with friends so dear is amazing.
Anyway. there's this thing going on with my emotions lately. I suppose sometimes, I do let people into my heart a little too early. Be it with friends, strangers, or even lovers. It's just the down side of being this emotional. I'm learning to be true, yet trying real hard to protect myself. It's just a sad thing that people, or rather human beings, are so terribly superficial and pretentious that sometimes, it's just way too difficult to tell the difference between what's true and what's fake. There's just this grey area in between, behind every scene. Love's not always black and white. How ironically true.
Anyway, I gotta go get prepared. There's cell tonight!
