(no subject)
For the first time in days I actually got to sleep in. Of course, I passed out so early that sleeping in means 9 am, but thats much better than 6. Saturday we have inventory at 5 am. Hey what a great idea! Let's make everyone come in with hangovers from the 4th. Actually, the true suckiness is randomly everyone seems to be able to get shrooms just in time for the 4th. Bastards.
So next Friday I'm going to our new Orlando store to work for 5 days. Then in August I'm going to open the Naples store. I'm a little nervous about that one. Nothing that's really work related, though. Actually, I really can't wait to open a store. Hopefully I'm just paranoid. No matter what at least I get some time out of my store. Its upsetting that when I get home and get on LJ I still find work stress there. I think I may fix that, soon. No matter what I'm getting holiday pay and possibly 2 hours of OT this week so for this week and this week only, I will get appropriate pay for my stress. I have to ask my mom if I can use her car next week. I wish I could take Barbara's. Actually, I just wish mine could make the trip. .
I really want another tattoo. I know what I want, but I so can't spend the money. Barbara and I have to book flights to St. Louis for a wedding in October. But we come back and the next day go to NY for a week to find an apartment. The wedding is on National Coming Out Day, I'm way too amused about it. 6 years to the day I came out. A few days ago was my 2 year mark after surgery. I suck for not opting into short term disability this year, I could be planning my next surgery right now as I still have my Florida Prepaid to use. Oh well, hopefully there are better resources in NY anyway. I wish I could stop driving and actually save money. Too bad its too hot and it storms to much to ride a bike right now. Of course I can't afford one of those, either.
I guess I'll stop babbling now. I should probably get ready for my 4 hour shift on my day off.
