color my world with sunshine yellow each day!
dearest journal:
today i feel full of color. My shoes are yellow my skin is white my socks are red my eyes are blue my shirt is green my ring is silver my hair is brown my nails are purple and my heart is well lets just pretend its pink! i have no idea why this thought came to me but it really did. and for some reason color has been very vibrant today. it was all gloomy but still i felt like...well like singing! two of my apartmentmates were fighting and yet i didnt feel the tension. i just kinda...keep living. which is the best feeling in the world. i dance, laugh, cry, speak. it all comes today and i love it. today i took a quiz that "gave you the name you were supposed to get to go along with your personality" and i got "rachel" i found it quite comforting actually. i was like. i am rachel, and no one else can be me. i see things only my way and try to see them yours. no one else really thinks like me and im so glad of it. what does my work nametag say: rachel. thats who i am and i am so proud. being me cannot get any better. no one else could take the place that i have made, im incopyable. its a nice feeling. are you your own person? i sure hope so. i may not be the smartest, or noteworthy, i may not be the most beautiful, i may not be the sweetest, i may not be the best at anything but being me. and you know what...thats what i like.
by the way i got the movie "the shadow" on dvd because i just love it. and it is as amazing as i remember it. definitely going to watch it a lot.
