Terms and Conditions (:
1. NO payment = NO order.
2. Participants will bear all costs, including freight charges and taxes, incurred from the ordering process.
3. I shall not be liable for lost items or damaged goods arising from a fault that is not mine. Rest assured that I will handle all items with care and in the case of lost/damaged items, arising due to the fault of the merchant, I will engage in negotiations with the merchant only ONCE.
4. I shall not be liable for wrong orders placed through no fault of mine. Spree participants: check your orders!
5. I shall not be liable for payment made to the wrong account through no fault of mine.
6. I shall not be liable for wrong refunds made through no fault of mine.
7.. In the event that the merchant rejects my international CC, I'll proceed to use vConcierge, without prior notice.
8. Any transfer of funds after I've closed the spree and without my prior consent, will result in confiscation of funds.
9. All updates will be done via email and I will not entertain repeated excuses to delay subsequent shipping payment.
10. I reserve the right to cancel the spree if 1)the response is not satisfactory; 2)unforseen circumstances which prevent me from doing so.
11. If order is cancelled by merchant I will refund the original amount less the excess exchange rate (above 1.65) that the bank charges me. For example, if the bank charges me US$1 = S$1.71, you will be refunded US$1 = S$[1.65 - (1.71-1.65)]
