Flirting with a new interest...
Because of all the promo materials required for my marketing plan, and because of all those drool-worthy graphic design books that i either purchased or drooled over in Fully Booked or Powerbooks...
I'm sooo interested in learning how to use Photoshop, Macromedia Flash...the works. :)
I learn more by experience, so i'm on the lookout for a school that offers short courses in those programs.
So far, these are my options:
- Philippine Center for Creative Imaging http://www.pcci.com.ph/img.htm#im
This place looks very promising...and it's sooo near my place (Pasong Tamo!). But the prices... yikes! T_T And may pre-req pa. Weh. T_T Are the costs for such short courses that expensive?? Is it the same with Informatics?
- Informatics http://www.informatics.edu.ph
This place was recommended by the collegue of the layout guy that i worked with (i.e. the promo materials for the marketing plan). My mom said that they don't teach well there though...it depends on the teacher. But i don't know how much the short courses cost there...
What do you guys think? :) If you guys have any recommendations for other quality (yet affordable) schools, or you second the motion for any of the choices above, please leave a comment. :) Your comments would be very highly appreciated, as i'm seriously considering taking such short courses during my sem break.
