Well looky looky...
In honor of an unexpected lj update by the wonderful (and newlywed) Mrs. Wetzel, I have decided to update as well.
And since we're on the topic of weddings...
Yes, it is true. We're just days away from the 1-year countdown until our wedding. After that its just a quick 365 days until Todd and I tie the knot. It really seems like everyone is getting married lately. This past summer, Todd and I attended what worked out to be 1 wedding per month. We had Bree & Brett's in July, Todd's friend Amanda's in August, and Todd's college friends, Nate and Allie, earlier this month. I guess everyone is getting hitched! Better get a ring on someone's finger before all the good people are taken. haha.
Our wedding is coming along nicely for those of you who are interested in that sort of thing. I'm doing a lot of DIY stuff, so I get to do what I do best and be artsy and pay attention to the little details. We have all the major stuff done (site, officiant, photographer, dj, dress, etc), so I just need to get my ass in gear with everything else!
Anyway, that's about as much of an update as I can handle right now. I have conferences in AZ and Philly coming up within the next week, so "real" wedding stuff can wait until then. I'll be in the air on my way home from Scottsdale on our 1-year date, so I'll at least get to see how many of the leaves will be fall-ish for our wedding. haha.
