Just to add to my previous rant about fat kids/people/the world...

Todd and I (mainly me) are finally getting back into shape. We got up early on Sunday, packed up the car and headed to the Heritage Trail over in Goshen. This thing runs for miles across parts of Orange County, so we decided to just start at the beginning. We biked for 4 miles down to Chester, then roller bladed (Todd ran) for 2 miles out and 2 miles back, then we biked over to the gym for a bit, then biked the 4 miles back to Goshen. 12 miles later I was slightly sunburned and needed a nap, but nonetheless I'm getting back into shape. I've missed yoga for the past couple of weeks because of my studying, but I'm going back on Saturday no matter what. Todd said that he tricked me into being athletic or something like that. Granted, I was never really out of shape completely (just really soft due to my awesome thyroid disorder). But I've only had to diet once in my life (see prior sentence for the reason) and now I'm back to 105 and a size 2 and totally ready to tone up. We'll still have to find a way to squeeze our 3 hour farm hikes in (perhaps after yoga), but all that can get sorted out later. Either way, I'm not a lump anymore.

So take that fat kids that I was ranting about in my prior post... I'm 24 and probably 5 times as active as any of you.
