So I just don't understand why some people are complete morons. Last nights dye job let me almost turning green (actually, let my hair turn green). I've never so angry and distressed about my hair, but I guess it doesnt matter anymore. Ms. Carrabio said it was an 'art green', whatever thats suppose to mean. I need to go to the saaaaaaaaaaalon. I keep forgetting to call Maggie about the nail appointment for tomorrow (I apologize...) Me and Bellows made the best paragraph one for the congressional hearing...because we really do rock all the time.

“It establishes equality before the law, and it gives, to the humblest, the poorest, the most despised…the same protections before the law as it gives to the most powerful, the most wealthy, or the most haughty…” One of the Fourteenth Amendments authors, Senator Jacob M. Howard of Michigan declared this, meaning that no matter who it is, the Fourteenth Amendment, written in 1868, states that, “[N]or shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law,“ applies to all Americans. This Amendment was originally meant for African Americans, but then expanded to apply to everyone. Equal protection means that no state laws can arbitrarily discriminated against persons, because it would be unconstitutional. Due process of law is protections against depriving people of life, liberty and property to no reason. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments in the constitution say that these rights cannot be taken away without due process of law. There are, though, two types of due processes of law, that is intended to provide the government to act fairly, according to established legal procedures. The idea behind the procedural due process is that the government must follow fair and generally accepted legal procedures in its actions against individuals. This type of due process has been traced back to the great English charter of liberty, the Magna Carta(1215). The second type of due process is substantive due process, which are the concerns of the specific behavior of individuals. It is basically the idea that an individual can do whatever he or she wants in his private life as long as it is legal. The government cannot prohibit any individuals acts in their own private settings.

We got a 77 out of 100 on our test, but thats after Nancy and I took 10 minutes to retype our part of it, since some douche had to delete it yesterday 'on accident'. FUCK IT! Tonight it the big game, and I have to paint the banner Auguste and I made during 5th and 6th. Thats going to be 4 out of 6 classes that I didn't feel like going to today. Its really cold, and Victor still has my gloves, but I guess that's my fault since I gave them back to him after he game them back to me. Oh, yea, and I love Taera. Cause....I mean, COME ON, WHO DOESNT?!

I want a piggy-back ride.

Love,
Kristen
