Abilities: Yuiko doesn't really have any abilities that would stands up. Although she had been known to be able to make things to give to Ritsuka later on.
Background:
When it comes to Yuiko’s past, there is not much to go by, but it can be believed that it was on that was happy and normal. On the day she first saw Ritsuka was in school and he had just transferred from another school and the first thought was that he was good looking, someone possibly one of her so called friends told her to talk to him, which she did after saying she felt embarrassed.
She asked some questions and he answered them before she asked why she wanted to know these things, which she answered because she thought he was cool and wanted to know more about him. When asked why she was asking the things again she mentioned that her ‘friends’ told her to start up a conversation, or to talk to him, this ended with them picking on her and pulling on her hair and saying that they did no such thing.
They were stopped since it was during classes, but when Ritsuka mentioned the fact he did not like stupid girls or girls who get used so easily it made Yuiko cry and people telling him off for making a girl cry. With Yuiko’s so called friends they make her carry their stuff. It was not until the end of the day when she skipped out of helping her ‘friends’ to hang out with Ritsuka, which when he said no and the teacher came he used her not to make the teacher worry.
She mentioned that it seemed like Ritsuka had a split personality and Ritsuka yelled at her telling her never to say that again before running off, with her yelling behind that she did not understand what is going on and also yelling that she was sorry. The next day she apologised to him again and to forgive her, even though she was not in the wrong.
When it came to art lesson, Yuiko’s friend had already paired up and so Yuiko did not have a partner until Ritsuka invited her to be his partner as they drew each other and talked with Ritsuka mentioning that she should not keep calling herself by her name, instead she should say I or me, before Yuiko saw Ritsuka’s drawings and openly said that they stink.
Yuiko first saw Soubi just after school that day when she was walking with Ritsuka and she was surprised at first, but soon was asking questions like who was he? She never got them answered at the time, but when she did not want to be alone at home since she did not have cram school that day. This included a hug which ended Ritsuka getting a face full of her chest.
She managed to get him to come to her house, but first they stopped off at a convenience store and ended up not buying anything and instead ended up eating something that was made by Soubi.
Yuiko mostly is there as a friend for Ritsuka and is trying to be a good friend to him and Yuiko also has someone who likes her, but she doesn’t like him because he was too short, mentioning that she only wanted to date someone who was taller than she was.
On one occasion she admitted how she felt about Ritsuka to her teacher and she knew that he only felt about her like he would do a friend, so very much is an one-sided type of love, which she is still fully devoted to and is still always friends with him no matter what.
The point she is from is when Ritsuka is absent from school, during school when they are sorting out the groups for a trip and while talking to Yayoi when he mentions that they did a lotto to pick their ground in his class, Yuiko mentioned she would not do that because then you might not go with the people you want to and friend's do not get left out.
She then mentioned about you get to cook curry on your first night and she could not wait for Ritsuka to try hers. When Yayoi said he wanted to try Yuiko's and she replied that he could not, as she knew they could since they were in different groups, but said that they could make an exchange, hers for his. This is the point I am picking her up from.

On the outside it seems that Yukio is pretty... well, ditsy. At first she appears to not be very bright or even all there when she's speaking, as she tends to use the third person at all times. When actually, she's quite an insightful person with a very bubbly personality. Though her outward personality seems quite the contrary to her insight she is a very pure and good-hearted person, as well as sharp when it comes to the feelings of others, though people don’t usually see this side to her unless they get to know her.
Because of her personality, she can be easily manipulated into doing things by people she believes are her friends, like carrying someone’s bags, giving up her seat at the lunch table or shrugging off verbal abuse since she thinks that is what friends do for other friends. She tends to cling to her said friends, not wanting to lose them, this main fear of being abandoned is what also makes her such an easy target for people. So blinded by the need to keep these people with her she can have difficulties telling who are her friends and who are actually just bullies out to get something from her. Whether she truly can't tell the difference or just refuses to believe that these people aren't really her friends still reminds a mystery.
She is a nice and caring person who puts everything into her relationships and will give everything to keep them. Most of all when she shows a romantic interest in the person she can become borderline obsessive, showering them with gifts, affection and at one point unable to eat or function without the person around. She also had a shallow side when it came to things like romance, she once turned down a perfect sweet guy just because he was a few inches shorter than her. She also admitted during her first encounter with Ritsuka that she had only wanted to talk to him because her friends had dared her to and because thought he was "hot". Her shallowness didn't blow over well with her friend and after getting closer to Ritsuka she has matured slightly.
Being around Ritsuka has had a good influence on her; she has even started trying to speak in the first person more (since speaking in the third person tends to annoy him) and will read books he suggests to her. Though this is still heavily related to her co-dependency on other people, the results have been positive for her.

I don't know where I am, and I don't remember walking here. I'm sure mother and father will be wondering where I am.
[She paused before realising something.]
But, the school was going to go camping. What if they go without me... I wanted Ritsuka to try my cooking if he came.
[Her face turns sad for a moment.]
I hope he's okay where ever he is.
RP Sample:
Yuiko had woken up to a Moogle staring at her as she laid on a cold surface. This freaked her out, as she shot up, standing up and moving back away from it as fast as she could. It was something she had never seen before and it appeared to be moving all on it's own, this was something she didn't think was possible. She still didn't. The Moogle on the other hand was just watch her for a moment before speaking when she had at least settled down a tiny bit.
"Miss, Kupo! You need to take theses, Kupo!"
Yuiko stared at the creature still, still a little creeped out by the fact it can also talk; though at the same time she had to wonder just what else the little thing was about to to. But before she could ask any questions about that, she was given a key. She stared at it for a moment before looking up.
"Wait! What is this!" She had wanted to yell, but it appeared the Moogle had already started to make it's way to somewhere else it must of needed to go, leaving the young girl all alone in a new place.
She glanced at the key again, trying to figure out just where the lock to the door this key might belonged to was from, but nothing came to her mind straight away. No, it didn't look like anything she would recognise and it defiantly wasn't her house keys, or else why would the Moogle have them in the first place?
This place was just as confusing as ever and right now she was all alone within it. Without a single person to help her. No Ritsuka. She didn't even know where the boy had gone to, but she knew one thing and that was to a least walk around and asking people questions about this place. With that in mind, she put the key in to her pocket as she started to hopefully look for someone who could help her in figuring out this odd place.
