Scobear and I have been working every day in the shop since people seemed to miss us while we were gone. We had 2 botched party attempts:
1) Hanne's island party which we went to but couldn't find any people at
2) Liz's party that we were 1 week early for
This is what comes of working too much!
We did manage to make it to see the new crew "The Local Artists" at a nike event. We got these hand delivered invitations I had to sign for which made it funny enough to show up. It was in my old hood, Liberty Village in the lofts on Hannah. Cool space, and free drinks plus the Local Artists did an awesome piece. Good Colours! I like group projects too. The rest was typical nike with a theme of red. red lights. red drinks. half of the people were advertising types and the other half were people I know and love going "why are you here? did you get that invite? hahaha...you wore nikes? nerd!" and other stuff. I met a boy who I am connected to in a hundred bizarre ways. I like when you meet those people for the first time. Also I think we are going to be working with Resfest this year. Yeah!
Last night was Lipstick Cherry. Dj Pammypam made a dress with speech bubbles like her flyers. I think there should be more clothes with speech bubbles.
