stunting and stuff IS frustrating. until you get it how you want it, and i promise... you WILL. it takes time. just because its your first year on varsity doesnt mean anything. if someone asks you to watch something its bc they are looking for your opinion and they value it. if you see something they are doing wrong (even if you arent good at it or if you make the same mistake) tell themmm. its only fair so they can fix what they are doing wrong. it makes us a better team all together.
and as for all the stuff bc your not a senior... ITS OK. we have ALL been there too. weve earned it and its our last year. we were in your position last year and the year before. NEXT year will be your turn to stand in the front of the line and get the football players you know. its like a seniorty thing. the long youve been doing something or the older you are the more respect/benefits you get. you should be upset about it. more like happy for us that weve all stuck through it and proud to show off your seniors. i promise that next year you will get the same treatment. ik it sucks but i guess thats life? we were there last year and i promise we know how you feel. if it was our choice we would all want to be equal but its been this way forever. and im sory about that.
and about the pom situation..... you can always grab someone elses poms lol thats what i always do. when we throw them or something they all get switched up anyways so just take whatever pair you see. chances are you wont stick with the same pair for long anyways.
im not upset with you at all i just want to make sure you understand everything ...especially taht we know how you feel and its just a senior thing. THERE IS NO DOUBT that you and teresa and mary and paige will be treated the exact same way next year and bam and courtney and all the other little random girls will feel the same way you feel right now and that sucks and im sorry. i love you.
