There's this little game I like to play. It's a game that can last 1 hour or 100 hours. During this game, I play my enemy and friend: procrastination. As the game begins, procrastination and I have similar interests. We both enjoy having fun, doing the things we love, living the easy life. Then, as the game progresses, procrastination pulls ahead a little, kicking my ass at time management, but it's ok, because I'm still having fun, it's just a game, right? Well, as the hours pass, procrastination pulls ahead even further. Suddenly, it's Sunday night and procrastination has won yet another battle, forcing loss of sleep and loss of final social hours before school starts for another week. This week, procrastination claims another win, I'm home right now, doing homework, but I know I'll be doing it tomorrow too because I am not serious about it today.
Congratulations Procrastination, you have yet again won another game. Some day, I'll conquer you, but until then, I prefer just putting it off. Until next time...
