The heat broke yesterday. Open windows from now on, I should expect. It's nice...makes me feel like I'm getting out, even while actually spending the entire day in my living room. One day into social isolation and I'm already talking to myself, commentating long episodes of the x files, etc. The next month is not looking good for me, given the way the summer has gone so far. I gave up underwear a long time ago, bras are for special occasions. Today in the grocery store I only managed to maintain decorum by playing make-believe housewife. It's a fun game...I go to the gym in my minivan, I run errands in heels, I bargain shop and in the grocery store I think of what my husband might like for dinner. Tra la la...wait for the season to change. Try not to lose my mind.
