Creating A Free Mood Theme...

[Mood|
Accomplished & Hopefully Helpful! *g* ] <-- this mood has been added in manually, look below to find out how to do it!!

I thought this might be helpful to anyone who is trying to use a personal mood theme with a free account...

  • First of all, download your mood theme from wherever you saw it...moodtheme and mood_mania are quite a good places to go along to and find themes.

  • Then download it, (as most of these themes tend to be in zipped - compressed - files) and place it, (save it) in your Documents Folder, or wherever you prefer in your pc. It would come up looking something like this;

    C:\My Documents\ then whichever folder you want to save it into. Now unzip it, and place it again where you prefer.

  • You should now be able to view each little theme with it's name now.

  • Go to PhotoBucket or an image hosting site you are happy with, and - this takes a while - upload every single mood!

  • Next, create a new word document.

  • Now list every mood theme;

  • i.e: [ <*b>Mood<*/b> | YOUR IMAGE TAG WILL GO HERE Accomplished ]

    [ <*b>Mood<*/b> | YOUR IMAGE TAG WILL GO HERE Artistic ]

    [ <*b>Mood<*/b> | YOUR IMAGE TAG WILL GO HERE Accomplished ]

    and keep going remembering to take out the stars.

  • Write down every single mood theme, I have written each mood theme down, and compressed it for your ease...

  • EDIT:
  • This file has been uploaded again, and should work now!!

    Compressed Basic Mood Theme List

  • So, open that up when you've downloaded it and placed it where you want, and now you need to go through each mood, and copy/paste the corresponding mood (which will be the image tag you copy/paste, not the picture) in with the right words.

  • Then save it as for example;

    Bridget Jones Mood Theme,

    and save each word document, (mood theme) and send a shortcut to your desktop - everytime I want to add a mood theme to my free journal as I update, I copy/paste the whole mood I need, and put it in the update journal entry at the top (you can put it at the bottom, it's personal choice!) and then write my entry and update!!

  • The copy/paste bit in your word document should look like this, without the stars;

  • [<*b>Mood<*/b>| <*img src="*http://*img.your tag goes here.png*"> Accomplished & Hopefully Helpful *g*]

    Et volia, you should now have your personal mood displayed in your journal!

    I hope that helps, if you have any questions or queries I'll try my best to help ;o)
