(no subject)
this weekend was actually better then i thought it would be and i actually decided that next year i am gonna ride in the ms150. carlos and i might ride tandum but i kinda wanna ride alone w/ him just riding next to me just so i can say i did it all by myself. anyways, saturday morning we all met at carlos' house (me, pablo, 2 of carlos sisters friends and one of there bfs) and got ready to leave for la grange, we got to la grange around 11 had lunch at the fair grounds (thats where everyone sleeps)did some volunteer work then we went to the finish line to watch riders ride in. carlos waved to me as he rode in, he looked so cute:) we met up and he was exhusted so he layed down and i got him lunch and what not. as the day went on we all just hung out and walked around, after dinner they had live music and carlos and i did some dancing which was proably the best part of the day:)went to bed early...it was my first time ever sleeping in a tent...and not only a tent but a tent w/ tweleve other people. carlos, his 2 sisters, his sisters two friends, that one girls bf, carlos' mom and dad, jamie, jamie's mom, pablo and me. it got really cold but carlos and i were all snuggled up under a sleeping bag so i didnt really care. we woke up the next morning at 5 so carlos, his dad and jamie could get ready to line up for the last part of the ride. carlos lost his gloves and i ended up finding them, so i had to run my ass from bfe all the way to there group tent to give them to him. but it was cool cause i got to see them take off. after they left we did more volunteer work that was really manly and not me so patty took a bunch of pictures cause she was like ok we are never gonna see this again lol. we finally left la grange and we got to austin around 2ish, i got to see elyssa which i was really happy about cause if i had of been in austin and not been able to see her that would have sucked. so we hurried to the finish line by the capital to watch everyone finish. i was so excited when carlos rode in, he waved at me again i really didn't think he would see me when he rode in just cause there are so many people but he promised he would wave at me both times before we left and he kept his promise:) i ran around to meet him and he was hurt so i got really worried...some dumb old bitch stoped right infront of him on the road w/o saying anything and he re-ended her and flew over the handle bars and hurt his knee pretty bad. the lady didn't even stop and neither did any of the sag wagons, luckily some old man stoped and took him to the nearest rest stop. the dr. told him not to ride, and he saged two stops but rode the last one because he didn't want to let me down, he said he wanted me to see him ride in and finish. when he told me that i wanted to cry it was cute. as soon as he got off his bike i took it gave it to pablo and rushed carlos over to first aid. he got his knee wrapped but he's biking shoes were hurting him so bad, i took my flip flops off and traded shoes with him, and omg those things hurt so bad...not to mention they were to big. i didn't tell him anything because i felt so bad for his knee. patty and ms. salinas (jamie's mom) told me i was like carlos wife this weekend, cause i took such good care of him, that made me feel good, plus jaimes mom told me we are like a little nick and jessica and you know i took that as a compliment:) now i am home...tierd and gross...i am off to take a shower
