Screw Wal-Mart!
Okay, this really ticks me off...... I bought an item at Wal-Mart like 2 weeks ago at the store up by boyfriend's house. It turns out the the item was the wrong one, so I went to the Wal-Mart in my hometown to return it this weekend. So I go and stand in line for like 10 minutes, because it was Saturday and it was fairly busy. It's finally my turn, and I present the customer service lady with my receipt and the item. She types the numbers in and the machine beeps LOUDLY. She does this several more times with the same result. Finally, she's like.....yeah, we can't take this back, we don't sell these anymore.......Are you kidding me?! I just bought it 2 weeks ago....and I HAVE THE RECEIPT! After a bit of arguing, she finally said, that she was sorry but that there's no way I'm getting my money back.
WTF? Wal-Mart....the land of the unquestioned return, won't take back my item. Seriously, this place takes back things without receipts, things that are totally used, things that weren't even purchased at Wal-Mart. Basically, I would have been better off if I would have left my receipt at home. At least that way I could have gotten my money back.......commie bastards!
On a positive closing note: the Cardinals kicked ass this weekend ending the Divisional Series with a SWEEP of the Dads....I mean the Padres. P.S. Big CONGRATS to my baby boy on his awesomeness @ work & subsequent reward for said awesomeness. I love you, and I am so proud of you!!
