Thanks, farmers! You guys are the best!
Thanks to the Central Illinois farmers, not only is there naturally high pollen counts in the air at this time of year, but now there is also corn dust floating around and being inhaled in mass quantities into my nasal passages. Yup, those little tractor driving sweethearts are harvesting their corn already. Thank goodness, because I was beginning to be concerned that sneezing and blowing my nose 75 times a day wasn't enough. Now it's up to 75 times per HOUR due to all the harvesting, field dirt, tractor exhaust, & corn dust that's now being released into my O2 supply. Hooray for farming!
Anyway, it's been a while since I've posted, so I'll do a quick recap of the last week or so:
~ Work: Drama, which is always fun times! and stuffing thousands upon thousands of bills into envelopes...again, fun times.
~ Labor Day weekend: Party at Ogre's including water fights, paintball gun shooting (i hit the target on my first try, thank you very much), mass quantities of food, lengthy game of Asshole (where I was president 3 times), and ridiculous amounts of alcohol consumed.
~ Mom's B-day: Dinner at Texas Roadhouse and my mother riding the saddle and screaming "yee haw" like a cowgirl! Totally hilarious!!
Now, my newest venture into the world of Internet-ness is that I'm starting to sell a few things on eBay. I know I've mentioned before that eBay has sucked the life out of me due to my addiction with buying shyyt I don't really need. However, I have started the process of being an eBay seller too. Listen to me, I'm all advertisey and stuff. Ha. I'll leave with this though: Who ever decided it was necessary to make a meat pie? Honestly, minced meat pie is the sickest concept ever! Not to mention it actually does taste like rotten poo in a pie crust!
