Yesterday was the third anniversary of my stroke and my parents decided they wanted to do something special to make it a happy day. I went over my parent's after work and we had dinner, and then my parents surprised me with a Wii.
I didn't neccessarily request a Wii to make the day happy- material possessions don't mean a hill of beans when it comes to happiness. But, still, we started making Miis and my Daddy started playing baseball and bowling with me and before I knew it, I had to go.
I'm leaving it with my parents until their house guests from Germany have come and gone with their little girl. I'm looking for good Wii games that she can play that aren't too challening. She's 6, so I'm looking for easy stuff. I may have to borrow some games from my godchildren until she's gone.
I guiltily went out and bought Dance Dance Revolution and Guitar Hero this afternoon.
Alright... off to my special project, I'm turning off the Wii...
My editor was trying to work on my book and then her refrigerator started leaking. Everything blew up, I guess, and the whole house went insane. I'm never going to have the editing done. Geez...
