hellooooooooooo. if anyone bothers to still have my journal on their friends page, here's a memory for you.
I was thinking about Festivus and remembered this from what seems so long ago---------- and i still miss Jill :(

Festivus
First, let me say I miss Jill. She will love what I'm about to propose. *sigh*
I think we should all celebrate Festivus. Its from Seinfeld. The history is linked off the bottom of this entry so you can read and fully understand.
I think we should celebrate Festivus on January 8th. Thats Elvis's birthday. I think i read it on ohmeohmys journal... someone else suggested celebrating xmas on the kings bday. BUt i hate Xmas so i think we should celebrate Festivus instead.

Let me explain...
Festivus has different parts..
One- Feats of Strength. For the Costanza's it was wrestling, BUT *I* think our feat of strength should be in drinking.
Shots of Stoli. Vanilla for me and most, but I know Boo likes Orange better. it doesnt matter what you take shots of as long as we do them all at once and see who can do the most without giving in (IE puking or passing out) Once the shots are done and the winner determined we will continue Feats of Strength with Twister. Im sure Jill or Chris will win drinking feats of strength, and micol will win Twister. But its all good.
Two - The Airing of Grievances
How much fun will that be???? After we are all fully wasted from our feats of strength, you go around and everyone gets to take turns telling eachother how they disappointed you that year, or just what pissed them off that year. It will be great@!!!! No one is allowed to get mad at eachother either. Its all in good fun. That can be our Festivus Miracle, no one getting mad at eachother!!
Ah.. festivus. Who wants to celebrate???!?!!?!? Please!! It will rule. I wish i had my apt so I could truely host it.
Oh and i forgot... instead of a tree you get a metal pole. I want to do this so bad. UGH.
