hey everybody! i don't think i've made a real "yay it's summer" post yet...so it's about time!!
i love the summer. more than anything ever, i think. no more projects or tests, no more waking up early, and no more drama. we made a pact on the last day of school that there would be no fights this summer, because honestly, what's the point? not to be melancholy, but we don't have all that much time left all together, so let's look at the bright side of things and not worry about the little stuff, eh?
i feel like i've done so much and it hasn't been a week yet. i've already had a late-night picnic, caught fireflies, swam, sat around a fire and talked, gone to a few actual "parties", played capture the flag in the dark, recorded music, played a whole bunch of music, seen a bunch of movies, and had a "sleepover" (if you can call it that, haha).
i love life. a lot.
i don't really have anything important to say- just keeping myself caught up on the past week.
